Please plan to attend the meeting at the Fire Department for the Easement signing. Be sure to bring a photo ID. Dallas County Public Works Department will holding two Neighborhood Meetings for Easement Acquisition on March 26, 2013 at 6:30pm and again on March 28, 2013 at 6:30pm at the Combine Fire Station.
Please make plans to attend one of these meetings to be able to meet with Dallas County and also sign the necessary paperwork. When Dallas County Public Works has all of the necessary signatures for the Easements, they will be able to put the project out for bid.

13. DISCUSSION AND ACTION: Council will discuss and take any desired action regarding obtaining patching materials for potholes and designating a place to store the material that is secure.
